About the Artist
Began career in Melbourne with Certificate of Art - Gold and Silversmithing from RMIT. Worked / trained with Tor Schwanck for 3 years before opening her first studio in Brighton (Melb) in 1974. Married a Queenslander, moved to Surfers Paradise where they set up business -Lee Jeweller & Goldsmith in 1977. Downsized to home studio in 1999. Began teaching the jewellery apprentices the Certificate III Jewellery Manufacture, in 2004 at Southbank Institute of Technology and moved to Brisbane. Retired from teaching 2015. Private commission work by appointment. Moved to Albury 2018. Now live on a farm on the Victorian side of Lake Hume at Talgarno.
